By accessing or using the website mekongmunchies.com ("Site") or booking catering services from Mekong Munchies ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

## 2. About Mekong Munchies

Mekong Munchies is a Southeast Asian-inspired catering business based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. We provide catering services for birthdays, corporate events, weddings, and other occasions. All food is prepared in compliance with our food license issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, and our team is ServSafe® certified.

Mekong Munchies is registered with the Pennsylvania Department of State and is in good standing.

## 3. Services and Bookings

Catering services offered by Mekong Munchies are subject to availability. By submitting a catering inquiry or booking a service, you represent that:

- You are at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete, including event date, guest count, and any dietary or allergen needs.
- You understand that bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received in full.

Mekong Munchies reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

## 4. Payment

All catering services must be paid in full at the time of booking through our website via Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
- By providing payment information, you authorize Mekong Munchies to charge the full amount for your selected service.
- Mekong Munchies does not store your payment card details. All transactions are handled securely by Stripe in accordance with their [Privacy Policy](https://stripe.com/privacy) and PCI-DSS standards.
- Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

## 5. All Sales Final - No Refunds

**All sales are final. Mekong Munchies does not offer refunds under any circumstances.**

Due to the perishable nature of food products and catering inventory, we are unable to return, restock, or resell food items once a booking has been confirmed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

We strongly encourage you to review your event details carefully before submitting payment. If you have any questions about your order prior to booking, please contact us at Hello@MekongMunchies.com before completing your purchase.

## 6. Allergen Disclaimer

Our food may contain or come into contact with shellfish (shrimp, crab, lobster) or nuts. While we take steps to minimize risk, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is 100% free of allergens.

It is your responsibility to:

- Inform Mekong Munchies of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
- Communicate allergen information to all event guests.

Mekong Munchies shall not be liable for any allergic reactions or adverse health events resulting from failure to disclose allergen information or from cross-contact that occurs despite reasonable precautions.
